Promoter: Hy-Clor Pty Ltd (ABN 81000655381), of 178 Power St, Glendenning (“Promoter”).

1. Promotion Overview

The Product Review Gift Card Promotion (“Promotion”) rewards eligible participants who submit a genuine product review on the Promoter’s website, [hyclor.com.au], in accordance with these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”).

2. Promotion Period: The Promotion runs from 12:00am AEDT on 25 November 2025 to 11:59pm AEDT on 30 April 2026, or until 950 valid gift card rewards have been issued, whichever occurs first (“Promotion Period”).

3. Eligibility: To be eligible to participate, individuals must: Be Australian residents aged 18 years or over; Have purchased and used an eligible Hy-Clor product; Submit a genuine and original product review through the official review form on hy-clor.com.au during the Promotion Period; Provide valid and complete contact details, including a current email address for digital delivery of the gift card. Limit of one (1) review reward per person, per product. Employees (and their immediate families) of the Promoter and related agencies are not eligible to participate.

4. How to Participate – Visit Hyclor.com.au during the Promotion Period. Locate the product review form and submit a genuine review about your experience with an eligible product. Once the review is verified by the Promoter as genuine and compliant with these Terms, you will receive one (1) $10 digital gift card via email. Reviews that are incomplete, illegible, false, copied, generated by AI, or otherwise deemed invalid by the Promoter will not qualify.

5. Reward Details: Each valid participant will receive one (1) $10 digital gift card (“Reward”). A maximum of 950 Rewards will be issued during the Promotion Period. The Reward will be delivered by email to the address provided by the participant within 15 business days of verification. The Reward is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be redeemed for cash. Gift cards will be subject to the issuer’s terms and conditions.

6. Verification and Fraud Prevention: The Promoter reserves the right to: Verify the validity of any review, purchase, or participant; Refuse to issue or cancel any Reward where fraud, misconduct, or non-compliance is suspected; and Request reasonable proof of purchase before awarding a Reward. Failure to provide adequate proof or false information may result in disqualification.

7. Privacy: The Promoter collects personal information in order to verify eligibility and deliver Rewards. Information collected will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy, available at https://hyclor.com.au/water-testing-station-privacy-policy/. Personal data will not be shared with third parties except as required to fulfil the Reward or as required by law. Participants may opt into receiving marketing communications, but this is not required to receive the Reward.

8. General Conditions: The Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the Promotion at any time if circumstances beyond its control prevent proper administration. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for lost, late, misdirected, or undeliverable emails. All decisions made by the Promoter regarding verification and eligibility are final and binding. Participation in the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
