Key Steps:

1. Adjust pH to between 7.2 – 7.6 before and during treatment
2.  Turn off filter / chlorinator for the day and add Pool Drops directly to the water (away from skimmer box)  and continue filtering for 6 hours
3. Your water is now treated for 3 months (depending on local climatic conditions)
4. If algae persists or blackspot algae remains on the walls or floor of the pool, the above treatment may be repeated after 1 month (with no further does for 3 months)
5. Clean backwash and run your filter regularly
6. Use stiff bristled brush weekly to remove any hard outer crusts
