HY-CLOR METAL STAIN REMOVER
Hy-Clor’s Metal Stain Remover is specially formulated to eliminate stubborn stains caused by iron, copper, manganese, and rust. It also effectively treats organic stains such as algae marks, leaf imprints, and mould in vinyl liners. Ideal for both full pool treatments and targeted spot applications.
How to apply:
- Does use 200g per 10,000L of pool water (1kg for 50,000L)
- With pump and filter running, sprinkle evenly around the pool or over stained areas
- Caution with delicate surfaces e.g. quartson, coloured pebble / marble, exposed aggregate, vinyl or fiberglass
- For these surfaces don’t apply directly. Instead, pre-dissolved in a bucket of water, then pour evenly around the pool
After Application:
- Run pump and filter for at least 24 hours (keep chlorinator off)
- Light brushing can help remove tough stains
- After 24 hours, test and rebalance your pool water
- If stains have faded but not gone, repeat treatment
